3ds to cia converter pc.
I've got a ton of encrypted CIA files that im trying to convert to decrypted 3DS ROMs. I've got a 3DS, but I also have a high end PC. Im typing this out over hour in with just decrypting 1 CIA file on my 3DS. I want to do this on my PC so that I can either do this to multiple CIA ROMs, or do it much, much faster.
Part 3 - Preparing .CIA for Convert - Now that you have the 3DS to CIA Converter extracted, take your CIA file, and put it in the same folder as the "3DS to CIA Converter.bat" file and name it something simple like for example, Mario Kart 7 could be renamed to MarioKart.cia.Hold the homebutton on bootup and select godmode9.firm or if you have it setup on a bootslot you can hold the button for godmode9. i use 3dsconv to convert 3ds to cia on the pc and its so much faster than godmod9 like usually converts within a minute or so. just find a download and get your boot9.bin from your console and you should be good to go.Not directly, but you can use them to decrypt the installed title on your SD card.
